Participating Restaurants

One of the best-kept secrets in Japan is their native distilled spirit called shochu, which has been taking the U.S. and 24 NYC Japanese restaurants by storm. The participating restaurants will showcase their individual flavor for Shochu Week by incorporating shochu from different Japanese regionalities and ingredients into a special, limited-time menu unique to their venue.
