“It is an honor to be appointed as interim President of NY Japanese Restaurant Association. The association’s mission which is to heighten the status of and develop markets for Japanese food in America and to revitalize the prevalence of Japanese food and culture, is a cause important to me. Especially now as NJRA has been instrumental in helping to change the NYS soft liquor license law (to include Shochu ABV24% or less as its own category) as well as other important initiatives in progress, it is important the organization remain strong and continue to help influence the Food and Beverage industry and assist operators in as many ways as possible. I welcome the challenges that lie ahead and will do my best to lead NJRA.
