President

Takashi Sato
San-J

NYJRA represents Japanese restaurants in the New York & New Jersey areas, helping promote Japanese food and its food culture. We help research and provide information to help solve challenges Japanese restaurants face. Not only collecting information but making recommendations to governmental agencies. Since the restaurant business has strong ties with related partners, we provide comprehensive support to our members to include a wide range of industry services such as import trading companies, wholesale distributors, food suppliers, PR companies and legal counsel.

There are many approaches to revitalizing the Japanese food market and promoting the food culture. We believe that activities through Japanese restaurants is the best approach. NYJRA conducts various activities to help support restaurant operators who are on the forefront of this effort.

Although this may seem like a small step, I will do my best to fulfill this mission. I sincerely appreciate your continued support and future cooperation.
