Below is the link to a new publication that attempts to pull together all of the ideas and guidelines into a comprehensive analysis for restaurants and chefs as they get back to work.  It will be a good resource for NYJRA members as they contemplate returning to work and re-starting operations.

This is the last of the major governmental guidance for re-opening.  This OSHA guidance should be used in conjunction with the FDA, CDC and other DOH guidance to formulate the best results plan.
